Sales Manager

Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Director of Nextphase, oversees the development and implementation of departmental business plans and the achievement of individual and group account management goals by assigned group members. Assists with the development and retention of the companies account base and Business Development work force and with department administration and reporting. Ensures all account management strategies and Business Development Managers produce high quality low loss solutions that adhere to company standards.

Position Requirements:
Must have at least five years high tech sales experience, preferably in software and computers. At least two years prior supervisory experience required. Additional requirements include a commitment to customer satisfaction, a thorough knowledge of sales skills, strategies and the marketplace, the ability to demonstrate role model behavior, self-starter, excellent interpersonal skills, strong communications skills, strong Microsoft Office skills and the willingness to promote the company's culture, policies and values. Sales Professionals/ Inside Sales

Position Summary:
Utilizing your exceptional communication skills you will work with a list of existing accounts, as well as prospect for buyers of semiconductors, subassemblies and computer products. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: researching for customer leads, heavy cold calling of prospective customers to advertise the products and services of Link Technologe, effective communication with purchasing agents and operations, and negotiation of price with customers. The ability to think clearly under pressure as well as "outside of the box" is essential in order to match available inventory to customer needs.

Position Requirements:
We are looking for team players who have either purchased, sold or brokered within the computer or electronics industry. Link-ic employees are self-starters, versatile, able to multi-task, and employ a sense of urgency. Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with and support both internal and external customers. A Bachelor¡¯s Degree with at least 3 years related experience or a high school diploma with at least 5 years related experience required. Foreign language skills a plus. Limited travel may be required.

Purchasing Representatives/Inside Sales

Position Summary:
As a Purchasing Representatives in our Asset Recovery Services Group you will provide full service to assigned accounts, including but not limited to, the buying of semiconductors, subassemblies and or computer peripherals utilizing our proprietary information database. You will also be responsible for soliciting requirements or availabilities, providing quotes on product, negotiating a final price and other components of the order, work as a team member with the sales support group to expedite the process. You will remain current on market conditions including customer/vendor base and their availabilities and requirements, pricing and competitive alternatives.

Position Requirements:
We are looking for team players who are motivated, loyal, discreet and sales oriented. A Bachelors Degree with at least 3 years related experience required, or a high school diploma with at least 5 years of related experience or the equivalent combination of training and experience. A combination of sales and purchasing experience within the computer or electronics industry is highly desired. Must be able to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and posses strong communication and organization skills. Foreign language skills a plus. Some travel may be required.
